Artius now offers the ability to communicate with the clinic through our "AdvancedMD Portal." Through this portal you can now request appointments, request Med Refills, or cancel appointments.

If you are a New Patient, please go to our New Patient tab

and complete the New Patient Intake Form before you

register for the AdvancedMD Portal.
